Human Primodial Germ Cell database
hPGCdb dedicates to collecting, analyzing, visualizing high-throughput sequencing data in the field of human
primordial germ cells. A unified framework, and multi-level analyses were performed to provide user-friendly ways to
explore the bulk-transcriptome, single-cell transcriptome, chromatin accessibility, and protein-DNA interaction
characteristics in human primordial germ cells.
Bulk RNA-seq
RNA-seq samples consist of
hESCs, iMeLCs, hPGCLCs,
hPGCLC aggregates, and hPGCs.
Both of male & female, in vivo
and in vitro, WT and Gene-KO
samples are included
ATAC-seq
Both in vitro and in vivo samples
from hESCs to hPGCLCs/hPGCs,
together with several somatic
cell types, are visualized as
tracks.
Chip-seq
The ChIP-seq samples including
TFAP2C, H3K27ac, CTCF, MED1,
OCT4, PAX5, PRDM1, and SOX15.
Single cell RNA-seq
hPGCdb provides an integration of germline lineage cells from multiple studies. This merged germline lineage includes hESCs, hiPSCs, iMeLCs, day1-4hPGCLCs, week7-16 female ovaries, week17-18 male testis.
